Full colour CD booklet / Inlay printing
All CD booklet and inlay printing is carried out in-house to ensure high quality and rapid turnaround.
Artwork is Digitally printed on Xerox® Ducucolor technology (2400x2400 resolution) using industry leading Xerox® stock and finished using professional guillotines.
Front booklets fit in to the front of a standard CD Jewel Case. You can specify either 2 page or 4 page booklets with each 120mm square panel counting as a page. Thus a 4 page booklet is a single folded sheet. Booklets can be printed full colour 1 side only or full colour throughout. The Rear Inlay is the sheet that sits under the tray in a standard Jewel Case. Usually printed full colour 1 side only we can print full colour both sides for use with a crystal tray. The spines are creased.
For slimline CD cases we can provide either a single or double sided card in full colour.
Many clients choose to have a plastic wallet with either a folded double sided or single sided card which slips into the wallet with the CD or DVD. This looks great and is very cost effective.
It is worth noting that we use Nexpak® high quality CD jewel and slimline cases. There are many cheap and brittle options available in the market so please beware...
