Once you have decided on the cases or wallets that you are going to use for your discs, you will need to design the artwork.
In addition to needing disc artwork ( we call it onbody art) you will need art for the card/paper parts that we will be printing for you.
As well as all the templates in our artwork section on the Website , we have a free artwork creation tool that you can download.
The templates are free and available to download as PDF’s or to use in Photoshop and you will be able to upload these directly to us once you have placed your order.
Everything that you send us is checked to make sure that it meets our print requirements( we don’t proof read however so you need to spell check before you send it to us !!!)

Lots of people ask this question, quite legitimately….it can be confusing !!
First point is …we do both !!
Duplication is done in-house and the replication work is done by our sister company in the Czech Republic.
Both of these processes for the manufacture of CD’s & DVD’s, work very well along side eachother.
What is the difference then?
There are quite a few differences but the main ones for you to know are:
The processes used in each are very different.
With duplication we inkjet print and burn your content on to already existing discs.
With replication we create a glass master from which your discs are then created.
Duplication is fast turnaround production and replication takes 10-15 working days.
With a duplicated disc you may occasionally get a cd or dvd player that simply rejects the disc….this is rare nowadays but can very occasionally happen.
With a replicated disc however this will never happen.
In general duplication is for smaller quantities 1-1000, whereas to have a replciated order you need to be having a minimum of 500 discs being produced.

I am reposting this item as we are asked about this so often, and this article gives you the information and links you need to be fully informed.
Computers use an online database to display CD information, the most common one is known as Gracenote, a more detailed article on Gracenote can be found here Gracenote CD Database and CD-TEXT.
Tunes and Windows Media Player DO NOT read and CD-Text embedded on the actual CD, at all! This is common for all computer CD player software.
When the CD information is displayed on a computer, the info is coming from an online database. The database is usually Gracenote (the more common) or AllMusic.
The Gracenote database serves CD information to: iTunes, WinAmp, Quintessential Media Player, and Finder (Mac OS). The AllMusic database serves CD information to: Windows Media Player, Rhapsody, and Real Music Player.
Registration on these databases must be completed by you, the client, rather than us as no extra information is added to the CD for them to work.
