In the duplication process we have to use a hard copy disc master to work from, and in the past our customers have largley sent these to us by post…..and many still do!

We have however found it particularly helpful during the lockdown period that we are able to accept customers masters digitally and create a hard copy master to work from here. With queues at the Post Offices because of social distancing and less staff working it has been a really helpful.

We can create masters from your files if you have an electronic image in ISO, JMG, NRG, DDP or BIN /CUE or you can send us audio or video files which need authoring.

Allotment/Work Connection: 7th May 2020

We try to recycle or reuse as much as we can at work in all areas whether it be paper parts, envelopes, boxes, discs or ink cartridges.

I am loving to be able to reuse over-run CD’s & DVDs at my allotment to act as bird scarers.

HELPING THE NHS: 1st May 2020

A lovely lady from the Physical Health & Rehabilitation Psychology Department at NHS North Cumbria called us last week to ask for help for patients who are currently not allowed into hospital and don’t have the facility for streaming or downloads…but do have DVD players.

We have worked with her to produce at DVD9 Living Well Group Video that she can send in the post to all these patients.
